5.10.16 – SanFranDisco in July! Giorgio Moroder, Tuxedo and Escort Live in SF

HUSHconcerts & Derek Hena proudly present Northern California’s most elaborate disco celebration SanFranDisco. A tribute to both the nostalgic 70’s roots and the thrilling rebirth of nudisco, our inaugural SanFranDisco commences on Saturday, July 30 at the Midway Creative Complex. Behold a once in a lifetime lineup of over 15 legendary producers, live bands, and cutting edge nu-disco DJs on two Funktion One sound systems and two outdoor HUSHcast silent disco channels. Multiple Grammy and Oscar winning producer GIORGIO MORODER headlines with a DJ set celebrating the span of his unmatched career.

If disco is religion, Moroder is the high priest MAYER HAWTHORNE and JAKE ONE will play their patented TUXEDO DJ SET which has helped revive and renovate the boogie era of disco. 7-piece New York City disco band ESCORT will perform, as well as the 4-piece live band fronted by SoCal phenom LUXXURY.

Escort will serve up some sultry live disco! Up and coming disco DJ/producers like BIRDEE (LA), NEIGHBOUR (Canada) and ANTHONY MANSFIELD (Disco Knights – SF) will be joined by a wrecking crew of local legends, including DAVID HARNESS, MOTION POTION, DJ DIALS, KING MOST, MOZGHAN, STEVE FABUS and, (from the PINK MAMMOTH crew) GRAVITY, TOBIN ELLSWORTH and JONATHAN WILL. And if that isn’t enough, the show will be hosted by renowned Bay Area disco aficionado JUANITA MORE. All of this talent, plus Midway cafe’s disco-themed menu, and a disco costume contest will unfold in a single night in San Francisco.
