How many headphones can I rent at once? We scale to fit your event, from 20 headphones for an intimate gathering to 1,000+ for large festivals and conferences. Tell us your headcount and we’ll handle the rest.
How far do the wireless headphones reach? Our systems broadcast up to 300 feet from the transmitter in open space. For larger venues we can use multiple transmitters to ensure full coverage.
Do I need a sound system or DJ equipment? No. You just need a device to play audio from, phone, laptop, or mixer. Our transmitters connect to a standard audio output. Full setup instructions are included with every rental.
What’s the difference between the Hush Bass and Hush Glow? Bass is built for parties and weddings. Cost-effective, great low end, 3 channels. Glow is built for concerts and festivals. Pristine full-range audio, 10 channels, and more LED options for the visual experience.
Which headphones are right for a corporate conference or tradeshow? Hush Pro or Hush Elite. Both are FCC licensed, support 20 channels, and are designed for extended wear comfort. Elite adds more onboard audio customization, making it ideal for complex tradeshow setups.
How do I switch between audio channels? There’s a button on each headphone. Guests can switch channels in real time. The LED color changes to show which channel they’re on, making it easy for attendees and staff to manage.
How does nationwide delivery work? We ship your rental kit directly to your venue. Everything arrives ready to use. After your event, you pack it back up and ship it back using the included return label.
What if a headphone stops working during my event? Every kit ships with extra units as backup. You can also reach our support team by phone the day of your event.
