51 years ago, Fritz Maytag acquired Anchor Brewing Company and went on to ignite the American Craft Brewing Revolution. In 2015, the Mayor of San Francisco proclaimed the third week of August to be Drink Steam Week, celebrating Anchor’s contribution to craft beer in America and our continued commitment to brewing in San Francisco. #DrinkSteam
We’re hosting a mobile silent disco party in the North Beach to celebrate with the music of DJ Matt Haze! Tickets cost $10 and get you silent disco headphones, a cold pint of Anchor Steam and wristband for $1 off Anchor Steam Beer at each bar! Please bring a valid 21+ ID.
